This page documents exactly how Amaichat LLC collects SMS opt-in consent from end users. It is provided for transparency to mobile carriers, regulators (TCPA, A2P 10DLC), and end users.

Method A — Web Demo-Request Form
Web Form Opt-In
Visitors who request a demo may optionally provide their mobile phone number. A clearly labeled, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox appears directly below the phone field. The form will not use the phone number for SMS unless the box is checked.

Business owners who create an Amaichat account provide their mobile number to receive operational notifications (daily revenue summaries, booking alerts, billing reminders). An unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox appears directly below the mobile number field.

Method C — Inbound Support Text
Inbound Text Opt-In

When a customer or prospect texts our support number first, their inbound message constitutes opt-in for the immediate reply conversation. Amaichat does not send unsolicited outbound messages to numbers that have not contacted us first. STOP and HELP keywords are honored at all times.
Required Disclosures (All Methods)
- Message frequency: Varies. Typically 1–4 messages per month depending on account activity.
- Msg & data rates may apply. Standard mobile carrier rates apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message. Confirmation is sent immediately and no further messages are sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@amaichat.com.
- Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major US carriers.
Data sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service partners (e.g., Twilio for message delivery) solely to provide the service.
