Amaichat provides an AI-powered receptionist platform that enables service businesses to automate customer communications across website chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice channels. The platform includes conversation management, appointment booking assistance, lead capture, and a business dashboard.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel. No charges will be made during the trial period.

⚠️ You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SMS and messaging features complies with all applicable laws. Amaichat is not liable for your failure to comply with messaging regulations.
Message frequency varies based on customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply for your customers. Customers can text STOP to cancel or HELP for more information.
Your use of Amaichat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any customer data with us and that your use of our platform complies with applicable privacy laws.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control including third-party service failures (Twilio, OpenAI, etc.), internet outages, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaichat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amaichat LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. We will provide you with a copy of your data upon request within 30 days of termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
