How do I get started?

Start a free trial from amaichat.com, and Amaichat assigns you a dedicated phone number in minutes. Share it, or forward your existing business line to it — every call is then answered by Amai.

How do I connect my calendar or Square?

In the portal, open your dashboard and use the Google Calendar or Square Appointments connect buttons. Once connected, Amai books appointments directly into your calendar. You can disconnect at any time from the same place.

How does billing work?

Plans are monthly and billed securely through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from the portal. Email support@amaichat.com for any billing question.

The AI isn't answering or sounds wrong — what do I do?

Make sure your calls are forwarding to your Amaichat number, then email or text us — we'll check your line and your business profile and fix it quickly.

How do I stop receiving texts?

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle messaging and consent.
